What's on the Quilting Frame? Nancy D's Grandmother's Fans quilt

 What's on the Quilting Frame? Nancy D's Grandmother's Fans quilt. We used the quilting pattern Winding Feathers. Then, surprisingly, we used a variegated purple thread called Heather. We wanted to use a thread that would show up a little - but not overpower the quilt (as a red thread would have done). So we used this lovely purple and it turned out great.
