 What's on the Quilting Frame? Nancy D's Fussy Cut Flowers quilt. Fussy cut means that she precisely cut the flower fabric to fit perfectly within the quilt block. If you look at the quilting picture I've attached, you'll see the close up and see what I mean. We used the quilting pattern Bees 'n Swirls.
