What's on the Frame? Sheila L's 2nd baby quilt

 What's on the Frame? Sheila L's 2nd baby quilt from a pattern called Rush Hour. This was the 1 of 2 baby quilts that I quilted for her at the same time, so we used the same quilting pattern and same thread for both quilts. She chose the quilting pattern Hearts 'n Stars. Then we used a light multi-colored variegated thread called Tiny Tuts.
