 What's on the Frame? Kathy W's Kira Variation 1. Kathy, former owner of Sonflower Quilts, made a quilt which is a variation of the GE Designs pattern called Kira. Kathy, who loves green, chose a variegated green thread called Oasis. Then we used a quilting pattern called Fan Feathers.
