Exciting News - I'm Retiring! I've been thinking about this for quite some time, particularly when I started back to work this year in February. Our Massachusetts daughter and her family have moved in with us for the next 2 years, while our son in law finishes up seminary. So this will give me lots more time with our granddaughter. I'll also have more time for doing my in-depth Bible studies, and of course, more time for sewing and quilting for my own things. I have 31 client quilts in my studio right now. I'll finish those and then I'm retired. I expect that will be about the middle of November, which will be right before our family trip to Disney World. There are a couple places to take your quilts for longarm quilting: The Quilt Foundry in Maumee Ohio, Material Obsession in Tecumseh Michigan and Threads of Tradition/Sauder Village Quilt Shop in Archbold Ohio.
