What's on the Frame? Nancy D's Paper Doll quilt

 What's on the Frame? Nancy D's Paper Doll quilt for her granddaughter. Nancy didnt want the quilting to go through the paper dolls, so I did a freehand pattern called Hearts 'n Loops. Then we used a beige thread called "Flax", so it would blend into the background.
