What's on the Frame Today? Pam K's "A Quilter's Garden"

 What's on the Frame Today? This is a quilt by Pam K. called "A Quilter's Garden". The pattern is by Edyta Sitar. Pam wanted the quilting to look like wind, so she chose the quilting pattern Cloudy Swirly Day. Then she chose a variegated light blue.
