Most of you probably know that I am in love with variegated thread! There are so many beautiful colors and blends that we can always find just the right color for a quilt. For example, this thread is a varieagated pink and brown/tan thread called Valley of the Queens. You can see in the first picture what it looks like on the cone. But the important thing is see what it looks like on the fabric (it always looks darker on the cone). So you can see in this quilt, that even though the thread is pink and brown, it blends beautifully on the beige fabric, the pink fabric and even on the purple/pink fabric. The last picture shows my thread inventory - we can always find the perfect color thread for your quilt!
