Week 1 - Covid-19 scrap mystery quilt along by Cathy Frick, Sonflower Quilts

So here's something fun we can all do together while this virus is going around and we're all stuck at home. Cathy Frick (formerly of Sonflower Quilts), has started a "Covid-19 scrap “mystery" quilt a long. She gave me permission to share it here. Here's her post for week 1:
