Today on Channel 13 I saw a story about quilters making facemasks for doctors. I called Toledo Hospital and they were pretty excited when I told them I could reach out to 1500 sewers through my e-mail. Below is the e-mail I received from Ashley Fritz. There is a link you can fill out if you are interested in helping out.
They can deliver supplies to your home, but I also volunteered to have some dropped off at the shop for people to pick up there. When I opened the link it looked like there was a place to write a comment. You might want to let them know if you can pick up at the shop to save them from driving all over Toledo.

ProMedica is looking for people to volunteer to sew N-95 mask covers to help bridge the gap that may happen soon at our healthcare system. These reusable covers will be washed and sanitized between patients.
I am looking for those who have a sewing machine and are willing to sew these mask covers in their homes – to remain socially distant and keep everyone protected. We are compiling materials and a pattern which we will supply to any interested in helping out.
