2019 Recap - Janice C.

Another entry of the 2019 Quilt Recap - Janice C. Janice made this Row by Row Quilt. Row by Row is a nationwide shop hop. You go into a participating shop and receive a free pattern. The theme for the year 2018 was "Sew Musical.". Janice chose the quilting pattern Music and we used a variegated black and white thread.
