Gear's Quilt

Cindy P brought in her "Gears" quilt top to be quilted. She used Sandscape fabrics for the top. Her use of placement of the colors in this quilt are fabulous. She chose an allover meander pattern. This is important becuase you'll notice on the closeup quilting picture, there's a whole lot of pinwheel blocks and the seams can be bulky. So a nice rounded quilting pattern works well with this type of pieced quilt. This was Cindy's first quilt - well done!!!
