Farmhouse Stars

Kathy did this wonderfully pieced miniature quilt. She called it "Farmhouse Stars". The pieces are so tiny that the only way we figured it could be quilted was for me to "quilt in the ditch". That means that the quilting goes in between the seams. Had I tried to quilt over the pieces, there would have been puckers and wrinkles. So there's 3 pictures here: one of the finished quilt, one of the quilt on the frame and then a closeup of one of the squares, after it was quilted (even though you can't tell).
