Here's a close-up of the quilting on the purple butterfly quilt. This is a picture of the back - so the quilting pattern shows up better. She wanted the quilting to show up, so it was a white backing with a light purple thread.

Purple butterfly quilt
This is a client's quilt that we quilted for
her. She took some of Sonflower Quilts block of the month patterns and
substituted her own beautiful purple fabrics. I love the sparkly
fabrics she used (even though they don't show up real well in this
picture).
